The laundromat is open every day from 7am to 10pm, including Sundays and public holidays.

How much does a wash cost?
€5 for an 8 kg machine, €10 for an 18 kg machine. Drying costs €1.30 for 8 minutes.
Can I wash a duvet in Bordeaux at Mousse & Go?
Yes, our 18 kg machines are designed for single and double duvets, blankets, and bulky items.
How do I pay at the laundromat?
Payment is made at the central terminal by credit card, contactless, banknotes, or coins. No tokens required.
How long does a wash take?
Around 30 minutes depending on the program you choose.
How long is a drying cycle?
A drying cycle lasts 8 minutes. You can add more cycles if needed.
Is detergent available on site?
Yes, a detergent + softener option is available at the terminal for €1.
Can I pick up a parcel at the laundromat?
Yes, Mousse & Go is a Pick Up and Mondial Relay pickup point: you can drop off or collect your parcel during opening hours.
Is the laundromat accessible to tourists?
Yes, the interface is bilingual French/English and international cards are accepted.
How do I get to the laundromat by tram?
Tram B, stop Sainte-Catherine or Grand Théâtre (3 min walk). Tram A, stop Hôtel de Ville (5 min walk).
